Outdoor Wednesday

There are always so many interesting Outdoor Wednesday sights. Take time and visit Susan at http://asoutherdaydreamer.blogspot.com.

This action taking place in the street running by my house. I took these looking through my bedroom window. In this shot, the police jerked the driver out of the car and put him in the backseat of the patrol car. After sometime, several other patrol cars arrived.

The passenger, got out and jumped on the hood of the car. I did not get that shot. Then they took him and sat him down in my yard and watched him. After sometime, a constable came over and talked with them a long time. Eventually, they let him drive off in the red car. The driver was taken off to jail. There is never a dull moment around my place.

Glad nothing serious happened. I can't help but watch when something like that happens in front of my house! I from a small town and things like that make me look!

Cool! You had a ringside seat. So glad your camera caught them taking care of business properly. Sadly, those are the posts that don't get the coverage in the media and really - they are a lot more good than bad. Thanks for sharing the good.

Wow---what an exciting neighborhood you live in, LV.... Hope the young man is okay... After seeing something like that, I'm sure it was on your mind for many hours... Those are the kinds of things we see on TV... But you had a ringside seat!!!! Woooooo.
Hugs,
Betsy

Holy Pete! We never have anything like that! I live on a dead end street. I hope you have a baseball bat under the bed. I am sure they know better than to mess with you.

Glad the only shots were the ones coming out of your camera! As well, that the traffic stop ended safely for all.

Thanks for stopping by to comment on my zooming squirrels. =)

LV, you aren't kidding about the excitement, but that is waaaaay too much excitement in front of your house! I know what you mean, though, as I watched something like this play out not too long ago. No pictures of it, though.

I wonder what was going on with the driver. I'm surprised the police let him drive with him acting like that, jumping on his car. Were you scared? I guess maybe not with that many police officers there. I'm glad you got the pictures, scared or not! I think Bloggers could easily work for "Candid Camera."

Happy Outdoor Wednesday...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Goodness, did you ever find out what it was all about? Maybe it will be in the paper tomorrow, if so maybe you could let us know.

LaVoice -- they're going to be hiring you as an official police photographer next! Wow! Or maybe a photo-journalist for your daily paper. Quite a story (or at least part of one). Don't you wonder what happened next?.
