These are Pysanky-Ukrainian eggs all done by hand. It is an ancient folklore predating to Christ.  A local lady makes and sells them.  These three are the ones I gave my granddaughter and family.

Easter eggs the way we used to do them and still would if I was not too old.

It appears through all the rain, that spring is around the corner.  Saw some very pretty tulips already in bloom.  However, over at http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog you will find many eye catching sights. Say hello to Beverly for making this possible.

About 40 miles North of me, they have a gorgeous tulip farm.  It is in full bloom now, but have not seen it.
