I have loved to read from the time I learned to read, which was a long time ago. In fact, from reading so much, I tend to figure out the end of the book ahead of time.  Most of the time I have been right.  I just recently read this special book by one of our popular bloggers. This is her first book and definitely a winner. However, the ending was not what I expected. Once you are into it, you will not want to put it down.  I truly enjoyed it. Many turn of events to keep you intrigued.

It is said we do everything in Texas big and different.  This photo is a greenery designed to represent a horse and rider.

You might think these ladies were enjoying a refreshing drink while riding through town on the trolley.  They definitely were not.  There were people on both sides of the trolley actually paddling to make it go. One thing for sure my legs would not hold up to it.

Recently looked out the window and saw two ducks walking down the middle of the street.  Just casually strolling a long. By the time I could get my camera, one had ventured off from the other.

When they saw me out in the yard, they came right up to me.  You can see they are different.

Since I had no food for them, they strolled back into the street and headed back the way they came.  Never have seen them since.  I am sure they were someones pets.
