Merry Christmas to each and everyone for a wonderful holiday.
This is a little ceramic, vintage Lefton Santa boot. I have had it a very long time,
So many of you now have these little silver trees. I saw this one in an antique mall. It is amazing what they are charging for them. I did away with mine many years ago, Hard to keep everything.

Hi LV~
I'm a little behind on my visiting blogs...just like I'm a little behind with Christmas shopping and baking...just stopping by to say "hello".
My Grammy had one of those trees and I wish that I had it...it brings such wonderful memories!
Merry Christmas to you.
Hope I can find a cute red boot like that some day....
The boot is so sweet. Gosh, the silver trees are already in antique malls?
When I saw the silver aluminum Christmas trees for sale in the Vermont Country store catalog three years ago, I H.A.D. to get one. They are the sweetest. Go here to see my tree.

I love that Santa Boot. I found a new one in the thrift store the other day. I just read the egg post. I didn't know they could explode either. Glad you got it all cleaned up. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas LV!
You're so right LV, it's so hard to hang onto everything, waiting for a use for it to arise or for your fondness to return or for it to come back into vogue. I have kicked myself over giving away some of my parents things - largely because I then saw them on a blog and thought, gosh I'm such a dodo to have gotten rid of that. So silly. I don't have room for all this stuff and that's that.
Love your little bootie, so festive and cute!
Merry Christmas to you and all your dear ones!
