Pink Saturday Snowing

After 30 years. mother nature provided Texas (part where I live), with a white Christmas just for Pink Saturday.  We have had snow on Christmas before, but it never actually snowed on the day. Let's go to http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog and see if any of Beverly's friends has snow to show.

Believe me, this is not how it was around here.  This is a glorious sight but nowhere near Texas.

Merry Christmas LV! Wow, how lucky were you to get snow for Christmas day. I think we may have had a few flakes but nothing like this I can remember. Beautiful snaps and I see a very happy little boy on your walk. You sure pulled my leg with that last pic!!!! Gorgeous even if it's not your road in Texas..........Happy Pink sweet LV and Blessings to you and yours in the New Year.

How special it was to wake up on Christmas morning to a little white. We didn't have very much but it sure is appreciated...we can always use all the moisture we can get out here in West Texas.

That's awesome!!! You had more than we did. :) Three years ago we had a blizzard that started on Christmas Eve and continued through most of Christmas Day. It wasn't fun...but it was pretty.

HPS!!! Dana

Such beautiful images of a winter wonderland I sooo miss it at this time of year...wish my C'mas holidays was snowing, lol..Thank you for your visit and hey, you are a fabulous 83 yourself!! You are an achiever, a blogger and all...no, my mom doesn't work the computer, but probably could, because she does everything pretty much with her cel phone, lol..Mother was born Dic. 1929 and my grandma, her mom, both shared Dic. 27th. as their b'days! My mom and me are only girls, so when her mother had her, she couldn't believe it, it was like a C'mas gift, her only beautiful girl after 3 boys. My grandma used to tell me that she used to make a head full of blond curls to my mother so she looked like Shirley Temple, as then she was the most admired Hollywood star, lol! Have a wonderful, happy, healthy and fun 2013 dear LV.

Hello LV,
You got quite a lot of snow for Texas! We had a white Christmas...and then a blizzard the day after! Not too bad, though...it could have been worse. Happy New Year to you!
