I had a Pink Poodle Skirt very much like yours. My Grandmother gave it to me for Christmas and for some reason, my Mom always hated it. I have no idea what happened to it, but I wish it had been saved!
I do our yard, too. And the gardens and trimming the bushes...It keeps us young!

I never had a poodle skirt, but I did have a poodle. Actually, over the years, I have had three poodles. Our last one was a little pocket poodle named Murphy Brown. She only weighed 3 1/2 pounds. I really miss her.

Spring is a wonderful time when the rose's bloom, your pink rose photo is beautiful!
That's a pretty pink Poodle skirt, I bought a hand-sewn white and black polka-dot poodle skirt at a church flea market which I have on display in my sitting room.
My mom tells me that when growing up in the hills of Pa that on Saturdays ,she being the oldest walked to town with the rest of her younger brothers and sisters to see not one but two movies, a news article and a cartoon.
