Vintage Thingies Thursday

Coloradolady invites you to join her and friends for another great Vintage Thingies Thursday. She can be found at home by clicking  image or go to http://coloradolady.blogspot.com

This tea definitely taste good even if it is vintage or new. Helps cool you down on hot days like we are having.

Spotted this very vintage book on "Man Without A Country".  You do not see many of them around.  I did not buy it though.

Hi there. Great signs. The top is for Tetley bitter (a type of English beer) not Tetley tea. LOL!

Nice sign. I am a new vintage lover and have been mostly collecting vintage clothes and some knick knacks. :) They are awesome!!!! Visiting via Blue Monday. A late one!

I love that old advertising sign. They're sure collectible these days and very pricey too. Thanks so much for stopping by from VTT:-)

Tetley tea is the best---very good on ice! Good book read.

Loving the Tetley tea sign, which brings me so many memories of my younghood, lol.. it's terrific, I'd love to have it and place it by my kitchen nook, where I usually have tea. Hugs from Vintage Thingie.

I have a vague memory of watching a TV movie of The Man Without a Country with Cliff Robertson, but I'm going to download it and watch again! That looks like a nice copy of the book.

Hello LV a great sign. I once was with that meme but for some reason dropped off. I think I will start up again. Thanks for your visit. Love the world of blogging.

Lovely Pink Saturday post!

Thanks for coming by. I cannot believe how well the Crepe Myrtles have done here this summer. The ones I photographed are at a business, on the road into town. We have had severe drought this summer...the ground is dry 6 to 8 feet down and the temps have been in the triple digits all summer. Missouri is hot in summer but not nearly as hot as this year. That is why I am so surprised the Crepe Myrtles are so beautiful this summer.
