This is a very, very special day in my life. August 14, 2004, was indeed a blessed day.  A precious little boy, Layton Ryan Roberts, was born.  He so happens to be my great grandson.  Some of you have met him through previous post. He is being honored again on his birthday.

FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL 

He is a very active fellow.  He has participated in all sports with the exception of football and hockey.  He has done very well in all of them.  He is even a skilled chess player. Out of all of them, he prefers golf. However, from the day  he knew what a Blue Angel was, that was what he wanted to be

. He is musically inclined as well.  He is taking guitar lessons.

He has definitely been very busy during his eight years.  It would make the post much too long if I shared more. There is an abundance of love between him and many family members.  However, no one can take the place of the love he has for his Daddy and Mother.
