While I was wondering through an antique mall, I overheard these two chatting about attending the Three Year Birthday party. She had decided to wear this pretty dress with touches of pink. He selected a green suit with a pink bow tie. She informed him not to forget to bring Beverly a pink rose.
I told them they could pick one from my bush if they forgot.
I found a delightful lady's blog this week. We have a few things in common. She is a big country music fan and loves Nashville. Jackie, at http://jackiecarl.blogspot.com. calls her blog "NaSHVilLeNuT". She is someone you will be happy to meet.

Oh LV - LOVE your pink roses! I used to have 30+ roses and have so missed them. I finally bought a Mr. Lincoln for this year. Only one for our senior gardening projects, but it's one of the wonderfully scented ones. And until mine starts blooming, I'll thoroughly enjoy yours along with my neighbor's. :)
