SKY WATCH FRIDAY: NO. 5

Come along with me on my flights to Sky Watch Friday. Believe me, if you have not been there, you are missing the treat of a lifetime. You see worldwide beauty like none other.

The storms of life will pass.

The clear, blue skies of Texas will shine upon you.

Hmm... my memories of the skies of Texas were mainly that it looked like the bottom of a 2 1/2 ton truck the first 3 weeks I was stationed there.

I like your version a lot better!

Right time, right place, right equipment! I liked your post where you turned electrical wires into the subject of the photo. Nice way of looking at things.

That quilt pattern is called Pinwheel Kaleidoscope and it is a stack and whack--you find the repeats of the fabric, stack them up, cut them out various ways and end up with different pinwheel pieces!
