Don't you just love blue birds? Great looking blue jay you have here. We get Indigo buntings on their way north. They are here for about two weeks and are just gorgeous blue birds. xo Diana

Dearest LV,
Blue jays are lovely to watch.
As for not being successful in growing tulip bulbs into blooming beauties. That is because the pesky VOLES snack on their bulbs as being their gourmet food. So we don't plant them into full ground anymore but in planters instead.

Daffodils are even a bit poisonous to those critters and that's the reason they thrive!
