One of many Texas blue bonnets. We had an abundance of them this year. Even made driving the freeways nicer as the right-of-ways were covered.
It is very rare to see a pay phone anywhere anymore, especially in blue.

Happy Blue Monday! Beautiful blue bonnet :) ~Pernilla
a pretty blue flower!
there are still pay phones at the malls around here but they're not as popular like before.:p everybody has a cellphone nowadays, pay phones are a thing of the past.
Hi LV, I love your pic of the Blue bonnets. I just thought of something funny. Last week for Suzanne's Vintage Thingy she shared her sewing machine and it was blue. She wanted us to help her name it. I suggested 'Bluebell' for the Texas flower and it is 'blue bonnet.' I bet she had a chuckle over that. I'll have to check last Thursday's post to see if she corrected me. HA! Anyway, Bluebell is a cute name huh?
Have a happy day today and always.
Love, Jeanne
If you posted 50 pictures of Bluebonnets, I would still not get tired of looking. To people who don't live in Texas, there are NONE, and a rare and beautiful picture to see. I think there will be no more phone booths very son now. Somehow, that saddens me...where will Superman change his clothes?
Wonderful flowers. All pay phones here are in blue :)
What a lovely blue post LV. I don't know about the phone booth here, I can't remember seeing one, lol
Texans are lucky people to have Blue Bonnets to admire! I imagine driving would be thrilling this time of year with the blue blooms blossoming everywhere.
You're right about pay phones; I haven't spotted one in ages. How nice you found a blue one!
Thanks for playing.
Happy Blue Monday, Ls Voice.
I like the pay phone photo. It truly is vintage and a blast from the past. See them in the movies but not in San Diego. Your Texas flower is lovely. Haven't seen one before. Thanks for sharing, LV. What a happy flower!
Those Bluebonnets are so pretty.
Love love love our Texas flower.
We don't have many of them out here in West Texas...too dry, I guess.
Thanks for this lovely photo of them....
and, I didn't know there was any PAY PHONES left...especially BLUE ones.
hahaaa
Have a beautiful week,dear LaVoice.

I love the blue bonnet! Driving is always so much more fun in the spring when the wildflowers are lining the highways and byways!
Have a lovely week,
Robin
Bluebonnets are a beautiful color!!! I can imagine fields of them. I don't remember the last time I saw a pay phone.

One of these days I hope to get out there to see your Texas bluebonnets. Betsy says they're beautiful, and your photo shows that to be the case.
We were in Texas two years ago and see blue bonnets all over. Since I love flowers I went to the field and started to pick the flowers when hubby told me be careful with the snakes. I hated snakes so I get out the field as soon as I can lol! This flower is beautiful!

Love those blue bonnets!!!!!
Pretty blue! I played too. Mine are here and here.
Beautiful Blue Bonnet!
One of the best memories I have of living in Texas is going up to Chapel Hill and Brenham to see the bluebonnets every April... I LOVE them... You are so lucky to get to see them every year in your area.
Hugs,
Betsy
It really is odd to see a pay phone these days, isn't it? Funny that you caught it in blue too...lol Have a great week ;)
Lovely flower blue and creative phone blue! Your photos are really pretty.
Great phone booth!! You could also post it at Monday Mellow Yellow!!
Tickled to see the pay phone. On our drive the other day I asked hubby if pay phones still existed.
So love the blue Bonnets ...
Have a lovely holiday weekend.
