Shadows area all around wherever you are. However, no where can you find so many except at
http://shadowshotsunday2.blogspot.com. Our gracious hostesses, Magical Mystical Teacher, Rose (Chubskult), and Gemma Wiseman do an excellent job making this possible.
These magnificent shadows were not captured by me. How awesome it would be to actually see this sight.
Now this pitiful scene is the kind of shadows I capture.

The first image is very relaxing!
Happy Pink Saturday LV, Those are some great shadow shots. I've never thought of taking a photo of shadows before but now I'll be on the look out for some just as soon as the SUN shines here in cold snowy PA. Have a wonderful week. Joyous Wishes, Linda
Awesome shadow pictures. Love seeing the long shadows at this time of the year. I hope you have a blessed weekend,
Kathy
Both photos have special character! But I love the moody atmosphere in yours! Enchanting!
Ah, sometimes we have to look harder than others, but the more you look, the more you find until you begin to see them everywhere and if not -- then you create them!! Hope your weekend is going well, LV!!
Actually very creative shot ~

I like yours, too! It has a certain kind of minimalism and it is simple, not full of distractions.
Your shadow shots are great, LV. I have plenty of shadow shots too, but unfortunately MINE are never on purpose! LOL
Hugs,
Patti
Your shadow is filled with strength. After all, its material component is holding up a road.
Nice shadow photo ... it shows lovely clear blue sky and the fact the sun was out.
Your photo is far from pitiful. The shadows are bold and sharp!

love taht green shadows too. But you know, if you want more interesting shadow shots you can create them. With a lamp, even in your home. :)

Hi LV!\
WhenYour post took me back to my college days and an art class where we were studying how to paint shadows. Not as easy as it sounds!

It's all about seeing beauty and interesting shapes and forms wherever you look LaVoice! You are a master at noticing the small things. Nothing pitiful about that at all.
