Pink Saturday

In your spare time, be sure to drop by Pink Saturday with Beverly at http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog. Each week seems to get better. I never realized there was so much pink around until I started participating in Pink Saturday.

Lucy and her side-kick Vivian just left the beauty shop. The shock was just too much. To avoid embarrassment, they covered their heads and headed for the restaurant.

Sometimes the old fashion dryers do not work very well.

There is nothing old fashion about my friend for this week. She is none other than ten(10) year old Naomi and her Sweet Life. She is a delightful young lady and will put a smile on your face. It is refreshing to see and learn what the younger generation has to share. Not too many her age that I know has a blog. Thank you Naomi for being my friend. Drop by and visit with her at http://naomi-sweetlife.blogspot.com.

Happy Pink Saturday LV Sweetie...
Oh I am so thrilled with this post. I loved watching Lucy, what those two gals didn't get into, I would laugh and laugh. I still do today.

Thank you for the wonderful memory. Thank you for introducing me to Naomi. I do not know her, and I will make sure that I stop over for a visit.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend sweetie.

Many hugs and so much love, Sherry

LV...Thanks for getting me started with the Friday sky photos. It is great....people from all around the world participating. The pink hair dryer and Lucy and Vivian tray really do bring back the memories. I actually had one off those dryers at home years ago. Have a heat weekend and I will be blogging to you next week.

Hi LV...it's so nice to be here to visit again...I was absent from blog school for some of the summer. I use to go the beauty shop with my Mom and they had hair dryers like the one you showed today....I always thought they looked like Martian Heads, and laughed at my Mom under the dryer. Lucy...omgosh...lots of laughs there...Thanks for the memories....Sue

Oh boy, do I ever love Lucy! That scene is from one of my favorite episodes.
I remember my sister having a pink hairdryer, and it seemed like it took forever to dry hair. Sure wish I still had that old dryer though!
Happy Pink Saturday!

Lucy shows were very hip in Denmark. We had only ONE canal in these days, and in the few daily hours there was not much to laugh at ;-)

I Love Lucy was always such a hoot. I loved that show...still do, actually.

Thanks for telling us about Naomi. I think I'll pop by and say hello.

Blessings to you, and a happy pink Saturday...on Sunday.

Patti

I remember that Lucy show and it was so funny. I loved those shows. Laughter is the best thing for our well being. Movies today have very little laughter.I mean true belly laughter over something silly.

I have been gone 4 days with my sister on another buying trip to Ohio, KY and every antique mall in between. I arrived home late Sunday night. I found a couple of treasures. She found a LOT!!! We had so much fun. That is why I have not been by.
Hugs, Jeanne xo
