Hi LV, Great Texas joke ---but you could substitute it for most any other state... Sometimes ---our elected officials (both parties) seem pretty DUMB, don't they???? ha ha

Very cute!
Some day I have to see Texas. My only image of Texas is the movie GIANT. That's how I picture Texas. Big, dusty, lots of ranches an LOTS of long horned cows.
I love any place that's big and filled with cows.
