Southern Vintage Day

You will always be delighted each Thursday if you visit Coloradolady. She brings you some of the the best vintage thingies ever. All this and more can be seen at http://coloradolady.blogspot.com.

As you can see, when I am out roaming around, I am always looking for things to use on my blog.
Naturally, when I saw this photo, I thought of VTT.

This is an old art work of the cotton fields in Mississippi. There is so much cotton there, you think its snow for skiing.
The big, pretty, white cotton bolls are often used for flower arrangements.

Hi, LV,
Very interesting, old picture. I was trying to read the sign. I think it's "trying" to say
"Leave your razor at the door"?
But I don't know what that means. :)

We have cotton fields around here but I never thought of making a cotton centerpiece-great idea!
Glad to see you're still having so much fun with VTT.

Hi LV, I didn't do VTT today. Sometimes I just don't have anything to share. I need to get out more to shoot some wonderful photos such as these. I love the cotton fields and have seen them up close and personal. Mostly we see them when we drive through the southern states to visit our children in Florida.
Happy days to you my dear friend,
Love, Jeanne

Wonderful vintage collection today LV. We saw cotton in bloom a few years ago for the first time; I really was amazed.
