Pink Saturday

Another Pink Saturday with our hostess Beverly. Pay her a visit at http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog.
I have no regrets in not buying this outfit. Certainly not my style. However, it is a pretty pink.

I found one of the most interesting and heartwarming blogs this week.(click here) After you read Dee's issues (post dated February 8), you feel compelled to reach out to her, but can't. Her plight in life really touched me. Perhaps some of you are aware of similar situations and offer her encouragement. Dee enjoys things from the 50s and 60s. In fact, she has changed her home from the Modern to Vintage over the years. With all she is faced with on a daily basis, she still finds time to relax and use her creative talents. Her blog is called "dee dee's vintage retro delights". She can be visited at http://deedeesvintageretrodelights.blogspot.com. You will know the true meaning of unconditional love and caring after visiting. Stop and give thanks for your blessings.

Oh my goodness, another wonderful find. You are definitely out and about searching for the best for PINK Saturday. I love this outfit. Not for me but it is so cute. My can can days are way over.

I love the sign and the chair as well. You find the most wonderful places to stop by for Pink Saturday. I always love coming on over.

I will stop by and see your friend Dee. Thanks for sharing.

Have a glorious weekend sweet friend. Many hugs and so much love, Sherry

P.S. (I think you should have went in the store and at least tried on that outfit. Asked them to take your picture and posted it for the occasion. You would be the hit of the Ball sweet friend.) HUGS...

Wowzers, I'm loving that awesome pink outfit. Boy I wish I was still young enough to wear it, don't you?

Well, that's a pretty cute little outfit, but maybe for a teenager : ) I sure wouldn't be able to wear it! Ha! Visited the blog you recommended - she is quite a trooper - and I know how it feels when you can't do much to help a child who needs your help. Thanks for sending us her way. Happy PS!
Blessings,
Tricia

Thanks for visiting on Pink Saturday. Love the pink outfit...no chance I would even try something like that on! When I am attracted to such a cute look, I remind myself that "that ship has sailed!" But I love to see cute young girls sporting the style with their cowboy boots. Oh, well, we got to wear the layers of net peticoats back in the day, so we can have those memories. Two of my cousins came to visit one summer and they had a whole suitcase just for their net petticoats! It's still a family reunion joke to this day! The pictures were great. Thanks for sharing them. Have a pink week.
