By now, most of you know that Suzanne is my niece. She has gone hog wild on making quilts. This is one I had her make for my great grandson's Christmas. He loves sports, so we went with the baseball theme.

This is a full size quilt. He can use it on his smaller bed as a spread, and when he gets a larger bed, it will be just used as a quilt.

Sweden Flowers

This Anna, my special blogging friend from Sweden. If you remember recently, I did a post on her, and the wonderful surprise she sent me. This one of the beautiful photos she sent of her flowers. I loved them both, but framed this one and have it hanging in my bedroom. My pictures are not the best because of the glass glare.


Anna, I truly treasure this and your friendship. Thanks again for thinking of me so many miles away.

Blue Monday

I saw this cute little tea pot in an antique mall. I could not resist taking a snapshot. It had just the right touch of blue.

They are making a very large addition to a school a few blocks from me. One morning, we heard a helicopter hovering for hours. It turned out they were placing some very heavy equipment and had to use a copter to move it. My neighbor made this picture and shared with me.
