Blue Monday

A wonderful day to join Jeanne and friends for a grand journey of blues. You will enjoy many worldwide at
backyardneighbor.typepad.com.

Nature makes a long, lonely road more bearable when blue flowers and blue skies surround you.

HOWEVER, WITH NOTHING TO SLOW YOU DOWN, STILL NOT SAFE TO SPEED. IF YOU DO YOU MAY BE GOING

55 mph -- God Will Take Care of You
75 mph -- Nearer my God to Thee
85 mph -- This world is not my home
95 mph -- Lord, I'm Coming Home
100mph-- Precious Memories

LV,
Loved those quotes about speed!! I can not beleive that Pa. just raised the speed limit on parts of the Interstate and the turnpike to 75 which I think is crazy!!
Thanks for stopping by!!

Hugs,
Deb

Good morning LV, I agree with you about your pic and the lonely but beautiful road with a view. Out West we found many highways that are lonely with a view when traveling in the less populated states.

I must have done something wrong with the linky but the thumbprints show up when you click on the linky. I don't think I can fix it until next week when I attempt do do it right. SIGH!

Have a wonderful week my sweet friend.

Love, Jeanne

Haha! You made me laugh. Your photo is lovely and travels with scenery like that are so enjoyable. Not so in West Texas!! Happy Monday.

People are in too much of a rush these days. If we all drove safe, insurance would be nothing in costs and fatal accidents would be so rare they'd make national news.

So true, LV, that many people drive too fast and too carelessly! It's nice to take it slower and enjoy the view.

Those flowers would definitely help in the driving ofcourse SLOW. I'm not going to push my way into Heaven just yet.
