Blue Monday

These Blue Mondays seem to roll around much faster each week. They are really a pleasure though as we get to visit with Sally at http://smilingsally.blogspot.com. She always has a blue welcome mat out for us.

This pretty blue hen was painted by the artist shown on this vintage plate.

To prove I am not "chicken", here I come and you better get out of my way. As you can, see my great grandson and his daddy gave me space. We were wearing blue jeans with a bright blue sky as a background. My first go-cart experience.

It is great to see you having fun with your great grandson. Not all kids are that lucky to have a great grandparent, let alone one who likes to enjoy life like this.Way to go.

You're sure keeping that GoKart straight. You and Don need to go to FunDepot together to do some racing. Cute post.

Clever segway with the welcome mat. The blue hen's real pretty. Glad you enjoyed the go cart! Looks like you had smooth sailing. My first time out in one was through a wet, muddy field. You ain't kidding about blue jeans being proper attire. :-)

Good morning LV, I am so happy my eyes are good enough to see your post this morning. You are a hoot, I just love you for your sense of adventure. Be careful though. At our age, falling is not an option. Love the hen. You and I are thinking alike today.

It feels so good to be visiting again. Have a wonderful day.
Hugs, Jeanne

You are a super cool great grandma. I cannot image my mother riding a go cart and she is 81. She is active with gardening and raising her chickens, but she is not very adventurous. Great post for blue Monday!!! ~~Sherry~~
