Lovely, lovely pictures. May I confess and say that I am so impressed with you. My grandparents (who are in their 70s) won't go near a computer!

Great photos for Sky Watch Friday. Is the flower from your garden?

Liked that last post as well, a shadow box of memories is a nice way to remember the important people in our lives.

Hi LV, Thanks for stopping by my blog. It led me to yours and it is wonderful! First let me say that your photos are fabulous. I agree that the last one is amazing.
I loved the story about your father-in-law. Such great furniture he made and what a sweet tribute to him. Can't wait to see more of his work. I love handmade one-of-a-kind pieces. True craftsmanship. I'm on my way to check out Pink Saturday! :)

Great skies and are those Lily Pads in the last picture? There must be a zillion of them.

Loved you post about your father-in-law. I have a shadow box full of memories too, only of my late husband. It has some of his working things also. His badge, a whistle, a tiny pair of handcuff and his name he wore on his uniform. And a few other small things. It's nice. MB
