Outdoor Wednesday

My first Outdoor Wednesday for 2014.  No doubt Susan at
http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com has many interesting outdoor scenes for your enjoyment.
Sometimes life is kinda like the roots of this tree.

Starting the  new year out with old and to make room for the new.

I think the roots of the tree remind us that sometimes the most important thing is to just hang on.

That tree must be old and dear. It looks like it is reaching down into the ground for a drink. Thanks for sharing.

I love all of the analogies that go with tree roots. Great capture! Please let us know what will replace the old building!

Wow! Those tree roots are amazing! There is lots of tearing down and building up here! Wal-mart bought a chunk of land near our home. They are building a Marketplace store. Which will be nice because there are apartment buildings within walking distance there. Enjoyed your photos.
