Blue Monday

Trust Sally and all participates are starting the week off nicely.  We are having cooler mornings and still hot days. The best way to a perfect day is to visit

As some of you know, occasionally I have to feature Layton, my great grandson. He is very active in sports.  He has played most all of them except basketball and soccer. His greatest love is golf.  He is presently playing on a team of touch football.  I did not want him to do this. They can get hurt so easily. At least, plays on the defense where maybe a larger player want tackle him.

These are high school dancers from another school nearby.  Layton is in the 4th grade. He and the other fellows on his team wear their football jerseys on Friday for spirit day.  The dancers wanted a picture with them. Of course at their age, the boys thought this pretty cool.

Hi La Voice,

Layton is a cool young man! So handsome too. I love that you keep us up-to-date on him. Thanks for playing today.

Oh my gosh LV, Layton is sooooo handsome. The photo with the girls is adorable. I would think the girls just love your handsome great grandson. You are blessed to be able to have time with him. Our grandson and his sweet wife are having a baby boy due in January. We are thrilled. They live in Houston though. We will be taking some road trips to Houston much more often.

This Weds. we leave for France for a month. I won't be able to comment much. I will try to use my hubby's computer if it works. We'll see.

Have a great October and enjoy the Fall weather.

Much love,
Jeanne

I got tackled in high school during touch football. By someone on the same team. He wasn't the brightest guy in the world
