Your first photo of the clouds is magnificent. I posted some photos tonight of the Blue Ridge Mountains and sky from 7:00 this morning on my way to work...but our sky was clear. You are a real pro with your camera!

That first photo looks like mammatus clouds. I was lucky enough to see some once when we lived in eastern New Mexico.
