REDnesday

This is the REDnesday that Sue http://suelovescherries.blogspot.com. created. Wonderful reds can be found here every Wednesday.

This is one of my needle points I did several years ago. Just the right touch of red in the flowers.
Notice the cute little red cherries on the note pads. This was part of a gift I received from a very special friend.

Things may not always happen for the best, but I do believe that it's possible to make the best of things that happen.

Wonderful work LV and love the cute note cards. You are probably like me, I have done just about everything in the crafting world at one time or another. Painting is new to me. Blessings.

Hi LV,
I, too, love to needlepoint. I haven't done much in the last few years though.
Your cherry notecards are the perfect thing to share with us all on Rednesday. Thank you for sharing with us.

Your needlepoint is beautiful. I used to do a lot of crewelwork but I've never done needlepoint.
Thank you for your kind words regarding my blog and especially the animals. Be sure to check out 'Calvin' if you get a chance :)

G'morning, sweet lady,
I love your pretty reds...red is my favorite color so anything that has a touch of ruby to it, I love. :)

I still have 2 first cousins that live in Carthage...my mother was born and raised in East Texas, too. I don't get to go there very often and when I do, all the trees just amaze me. I live on the plains of West Texas and not many trees out here. :)
Have a wonderful day..

Thank you LV for not sharing anything red today but rather sharing your thoughts about making the best of a situation. I am driving a rental today because my daughter had her first accident. She was okay, thankfully. However we have to pay for the rental ourselves and I get up this morning and find that there is a crack in the windshield. We had a storm pass overnight and not sure what happened. Anyway because it is in our possession, we have to fix it. Insurance will cover it but that means another deductible to be met. I read your words, and you are right, somehow I have to make the best of a situation. Thank you for reminding me.
