Today is supposed to be blue Monday, but in Texas, it is a red hot Monday. Maybe if we visit magicalmysticalteacher.wordpress.com, we will find some cool blues.
Very rare to see one of these anymore. Nice in blue tho.
Wowsie! Now that's a great photo of the phone. I didn't know there were still some of them around. Such a nice bit of nostalgia. You have an awesome day, hugs, Edna B.

I saw a clip on the Internet where a young boy, about 12 maybe, saw one of these and could not figure out what it was. :-)

Our Great Grandchildren aren't even going to recognize the old phone booths... Mercy Me!!!!! Times have changed.
In Tennessee, it's RED hot also.

Dearest LV.,
Hope you stay well during this hot time of the year; here in Georgia too.
Wishing you a Happy 4th of July.
Hugs,
Mariette
This photo takes us back to "the good old days," doesn't it? (I'm not seeing anything about a cookie policy, so my advice is: Don't worry about it.)
So nice to see you. Our paths haven't crossed in a while. I agree with others that kids would just pass on by even if they needed to make a call.
Yes, those public phones seem to be a dying breed. This blue one does look good.
It's so hot outside I saw a fire hydrant chasing a dog
