Anything Goes Pink Saturday

It is so nice spending each Saturday with Beverly and her friends. You will never be disappointed in what you see if you visit http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog

Some of you know my great grandson, Layton. He was on Sally's blue Monday a lot as blue is his favorite color.  He is now 13 and participating in bigger things.  He loves golf.  He was recently in a local golf competition.  He won first place in all categories.  As a  result, he and the second place winner got the opportunity to go a step further.  They competed with several others in their age group at this great golf course in Houston, TX. There could only be one winner in this level. Unfortunately, he was not the winner.

That's great that he did so well! I love seeing kids with ambition, as it's so scarce these days. He did well! :)

Fun photo! Love how he seems to be carrying those bags with ease.

Maybe not, but it seems he will be the winner many times in the future.

golf is fun but it's certainly the most expensive sport ever
