Vintage Holiday Greetings

My visit with Coloradolady today is a little different. Trust you will enjoy things that made me happy. For some really great vintage finds go to http://coloradolady.blogspot.com.

A dear friend, Anna, from Sweden sent me a lovely surprise package this week. She is an artist and photographer. This is the holiday greeting she shared with me. To see more of her beautiful work go to http://annama-trdgslivannatliv.blogspot.com.
This one is my favorite of them all. These are her shoes that she wore back in the 80s. She added the rose just for me.
Note the vintage chair, rustic planters she used and the old tin in the chair. She creates her own settings.
Anna topped off my wonderful package with this angel match box.
*****************************************************************************
These two are reproductions of vintage cards. This one is from 1909. Elaine at "At Home With Elaine" very graciously sent me these cards.
Another vintage card from 1910. There was a third one but it does not apply to Christmas. Will feature it at a later date. She sent the cards in this very pretty little gold bag. If you have not visited Elaine at http://athomewithpurvail.blogspot.com, please do so. You will enjoy spending time with her.
Elaine also included this pretty Christmas oven mitt.

These two ladies really brightened my life and added a needed spark. I was honored to think they took the time during the busy holidays to think of me. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
