A small carnival was in one of the mall areas recently. I did not attend, but liked the various flags flying. Would have been so much nicer if it had been a sunny day.

I think the dark clouds add some interest and drama.
Rather cold time for a carnival. The top of a ferris wheel is freezing even on a hot summer day
