Anything Goes Pink Saturday

The heavens opened up to allow us to enjoy a nice, rainy day at

Sometimes we tend to forget how important a word can be.  No matter how many storms of life we have, we can always find something to be thankful for. One of the best things to start teaching children at an early age.
very simple, but goes a long way.

You are so right- Thank You for the reminder. I always have my grandkids add a Ma'am or Sir onto the end of their thank you's!

I don't really take offensive with my nephews and nieces don't say thank you for presents. I know I never really thought about it when I was in their shoes a generation prior.

Thank you is not used nearly enough.I really costs nothing to be thankful.

Oh, yes, thank you are two very big words.

Dearest LV.,
So right about that; on any given day we always can find a few things to be grateful for!
Sending you weekend blessings,
Mariette

I agree. Lots of being thankful makes joy.

Yes. So much to be thankful for, and expressing it is so simple.
Happy pinks.

Indeed....and to keep it instilled in the not so kind adults these days would help too.

I love your little typewriter. Gosh, it's been a long time since I've had a typewriter. My last one was electric. Hmmm, seems so long ago now. You have a great day, hugs, Edna B.

Hello again LV, I wrote you a long comment on your PS post and I was pretty sure it didn't post. I came back to check and no comment. It had to do with the robot thingy. It wouldn't verify my answers after several tries. It has happened before with comments on other posts. I have cataracts and my vision is not that good right now. I am getting them fixed soon. Yikes!

Your pink typewriter and scenery photo are delightful. "Thank You" :)
Love, Jeanne

HPS....and "thank you" for reminding us the importance of those two words!!

Oh, and congrats on the "most clicks" this last week for the pink cow you shared!!

Hope you had a good weekend!! I did!! I survived my marathon! haha I knew I would, cuz I'd worked hard to condition myself..but it wasn't easy. It's a lot more intense to travel that distance during a real "race" (although the only thing I was trying to beat was the 6 hr cutoff limit...and I did!) than during our relaxed and laid-back training runs.

Have a wonderful week! Dana
