A few weeks ago I made a comment on blog http://woodstownwhimsies.blogspot.com and as a result won an angel. She is the work of a man named Daryle. He made "Prim Angel" from all primitive materials. He makes the bodies with cloth or clay. My angel is made from cloth and:
Rusty halo
Wooden wings
Vintage leather book
Button eyes
Coffee stained cloths and raw flax hair
He calls his work Folk Art.
The following is three of his other creations. Some have been featured in the "Art Doll" magazine.
