Blue Monday

Smiling Sally
You never know what will turn up blue on Blue Monday.  When you visit
http://smilingsally.blogspot.com beautiful and interesting blues will greet you.

This is the home of a family in East Texas. Every year my sister and I go there and get muscadines (in the grape family).  We love them and he has the best. However, this past year was his last due to health issues and wild hogs eating his vines. At least, another thing he did right was paint the house trim blue.

A nice blue way to close the end of these glorious events.

Morning La Voice,

It is sad to hear that your sister and you will miss a tradition. Perhaps you'll be able to find another place.

I do like the blue roof, though.

And, I really like all of the blue at the Olympics.

Well your right the blue on the house is pretty. I enjoyed the closing ceremony also. Have a good week.

The end of traditions is truly sad but I'm sure you have many memories. The house is a lovely shade of blue.

Well that is a bummer that he has stopped growing them. My grand daughter loves grapes! Have a great week ;)

I've seen muscadines before but never tried them

Oh no, I hope your muscadine grape grower is feeling better and those pesky wild hogs leave well alone for future years!
