May each of you have a glorious, happy Easter. I am sure Beverly at

These are Pysanky-Ukrainian eggs all done by hand. It is an ancient folklore predating to Christ. A local lady makes and sells them. These three are the ones I gave my granddaughter and family.
Easter eggs the way we used to do them and still would if I was not too old.

Oh my, what beautiful Easter eggs. Such a talent for painting them! I won't be making any eggs this year to put out in baskets. It's time for someone else to be the bunny. I will boil some though, and make a nice egg salad. You have a wonderful and blessed Easter. Hugs, Edna B.
Gorgeous eggs!
I suppose they stem from the original even earlier pagan tradition that also inspired the Anglo-Saxon and Germanic egg making
Beautiful eggs!
I just love Pysanky eggs...they are so beautiful! Have a Happy Easter!
stunning eggs! I've always wanted to learn how to do that - and have enough time to practice to become good at it!
I don't make Easter decorations - but if I did, these would be on the top of my list.
Happy Easter! - and Hppy Pink Saturday!
That trio of eggs are gorgeous-that is intricate talent for sure. I don't dye eggs anymore either, leave that to the grands.

They are beautiful. I love decorated eggs. Although my egg decorating days seem to be in the past. Happy Pink Saturday, dear LaVoice. Thank you for sharing. This post is being featured on my Pink Saturday post this week as "the one with the most clicks". Everyone loved these beautiful eggs.♥
