Not exactly a fence, but more of solid wall.
Here they could not decide between black and white, just used both.

i like the ivy-topped wall and the curving wrought iron!
I kind of wonder who decided to use two different ones
that wall is huge!
What a wall that looks like it could be in Spain or Italy! Lovely!
How unusual, a fence that is two different colors! I love the ivy that is growing atop the wall!
I love your photos. They are ver special.
You wouldn't be able to squeeze through that first fence! Beautiful with the greenery on top! Enjoy your day! Hugs, Diane
Dearest LV.,
That wall is looking great, at least from the outside.
Hope it is not obstructing anyone's view...
The black fence I love the most and it is obvious that the difference reflects the two different properties.
Hugs,
Mariette
I like that wall, I wonder if lizards do, too?

Great old wall. Where is it? Is it in F.W. kind a looks like Northside.
There used to be some beautiful old homes. Do you remember the Victorians on the edge of downtown. The were up on a hill overlooking the river just off of 7th street.
My mother worked at Montgomery Wards. She didn't drive so we would go and pick her up every night. I loved seeing those beautiful old homes. Thanks for sharing and bringing those sweet memories to my thoughts!
i like the wall and i believe it's purpose is the same as a fence!!!!
With the help of her family an 89 year old Grandma did just that (living estate sale). The family home is sold and she is very happy in her suite in an assisted living apartment - and she was there at each day of the sale too.
Joy
Nicely kept fence. Looks as if the parking lot paid for some fancy protection.
Both great fences. I like the lamps that the Black/White fence shot has.
Loved the stone wall with it's vining plant.
