My, what happened to time! Seems only yesterday we were seeing beautiful butterflies and now Christmas is everywhere. I wonder if it has something to do with my age. I am going to pay Sallie a visit at http://smilingsally.blogspot.com check out other blue surprises.

As we get older, the time flies by a lot quicker. I can remember, as a kid, it seemed FOREVER til Christmas...now it seems it comes every few months. :)

I think that people are rushing Christmas. It seems to come earlier and earlier. (I saw trees up for sale BEFORE Halloween!)

I agree that as we get older, time flies by much quicker. Your photo for Rubbish Tuesday reminds me of the Quanset Huts that some folks lived in back in the 40's and 50's. A few of them were put up at the end of the street where I lived. Hmmm, memories.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and this weekend, we put up our Christmas tree. I finished addressing all my Christmas cards and will be putting them in the mail later this week. Next all my bundles will be taken to the Post Office and mailed away.
Then Pogo and I will just sit back and enjoy the season. I do not like the cold, but I do love the Christmas spirit that everyone seems willing to share this time of year.

The butterfly is pretty. Yes, time has gone quickly for me too (and I'm only 20)! It seems we were just starting summer!
I have always loved decorating with blue at Christmas! Love those ornaments!
