Tuesday School Day with MeMe

  Version of Common Proverbs

Since the schools have started everywhere, thought it would be fun to hear what some of the first graders have to say.

Don't change horses until they stop running.

You can lead a horse to water, but how?

Don't bite the hand that looks dirty.

You can't teach an old dog new math.

If you lie down with dogs, you will stink in the morning.

The pen is mightier than the pigs.

A penny saved is not much.

Don't put of till tomorrow what you put on to go to  bed.

Laugh and the whole world laughs with you, cry and you have to blow your nose.

When the blind lead the blind get out of the way.

A bird in the hand is going to poop on you.

A miss is as good as a mister.

No news is impossible.

Children should be seen and not spanked or grounded.
