Blue Monday

Nice visiting Sally and Blue Monday friends again at http://smilingsally.blogspot.com.  Since mother nature has not been kind all over the country this winter, I am sure most of you are tired of hearing about it.  However, in Fort Worth, Texas it is once in a blue moon, we receive any snow.
However, it came last week. My side of town got five inches, where others got as much as six to eight inches.  The shadow gave this view a blue cast on the snow.

Water hose.

We LOVED the snow!!! I made snow ice cream and froze what the quads didn't eat! Louis Dean will be in for a treat when we go back to Quadville!

The strangest weather all over.
It's really unusual for Ft Worth area to get that much snow.
Some of the hottest times in my life have been in that area.

Yep, the snow was beautiful last week here in the Mid-Cities -- until the postman left his footprints! This week in the 60s will be nice -- hubby is playing golf on Wednesday when the high will be 71!!

Dearest LV,
That is quite a lot of snow and it makes for great photos.
So much about all that nonsense of 'Global Warming'...
Hugs,
