REDnesday

Today is REDnesday specials. To see what all the participates have to offer go to http://suelovescherries.blogspot.com. Tell Sue I sent you.
Most little girls would love to have this little stove to "pretend" cooking. It was in an antique mall. Even has a red basket near by.
Thought I would throw in a patch of my red blooms for your viewing pleasure.

Yes, I know a couple of little girls who would die for that little stove!

DID SOMEONE MENTION SCARLET?

Did someone mention scarlet
Or was it red I heard?
Perhaps it was a varlet
Or a vermilion bird
That shouted out the color
That’s dearest to my heart.
(It makes me feel much duller
If red is not a part.)

I made be 72, but I would love to have that stove right here in my house. It is so precious. I can see my little Eloise playing with it right now.

LV- you find the best stuff...love that little kitchen area! It is so cute. You have mums blooming now? Mine bloom twice a year. They have buds on them now and will bloom in a few weeks, then again in the fall. These are my favorite color in them!

I love your pretty red blooms. The azaleas are out here, but that's about it. I need to plant some pretty flowers...

That is very true that little girls love to play in the kitchen! Little that they know they will spend a lot of time in one soon enough. :-)

Hi. Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I'm curious how you found me ?
I'm only a beginner in this so I'm not sure how long I will keep it up.
My husband & I love Nashville, TN. We have gone there 4-5 times a year since 2005. Then our son moved there in 2008. We have done so many things there. We have a few more on our list that we need to get checked off. It is a fun place. And, we are country music "freaks". HA! That's what I like to call us. We go to concerts all year long & we see the same people every year. But, it's something that we enjoy doing together.
You seem like such a sweetheart.
And, I love your blog design. Did you do it all yourself or did you have someone design it for you ?
Have a great day!

All such pretty reds. I wonder if any little girls today play with kitchen sets like that! We used to love them didn't we?

I love the vintage toy kitchen! I have lots of red accents in my own kitchen and it would be so much fun for my little one to have a kitchen like mommy's!

My aunt has the matching toy bin to that kitchen set. I try to convince her to give it me every time I am there for a visit!

Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting me Under the Big Oak Tree!
