Blue Monday

It is not a good way to start your week off with a cold, Blue Monday. However, if you will join me for a visit with Smiling Sally, you will be warmed by her new Florida home.

This a scene from our Texas Christmas blizzard. For some reason, the snow looks blue. Perhaps it is because of a shadow.
Just something a little different from the snow. What do you think this is?

Lovely blues.
My guess it's a log taken through a screen!

Great blue snow picture, LV.... And that last one looks like some kind of critter or bird sitting on a firelog outside of your window/screen... I can't make out what it is though.

Hugs,
Betsy

In the old days women used to add blue to the final rinse for washing to make the whites more white. Maybe they were on to something.

A piece of firewood with snow on it as seen through a screen door?

Yes, my guess is firewood on a cradle. Are we correct?

The picture looks like fire wood piled up.

Snow does look blue sometimes in the shadows.
I say a tree trunk.

It looks like firewood that you may need to burn. Thanks, LaVoice, but my Florida home is COLD today with record-breaking lows!

I have come to the conclusion that the sky relects on the snow making it look that lovely shade of blue...

We will remember this winter for a long time, I think.

Have a great week!

Happy Blue Monday to you .
Wow can you believe it we had snow !
I like the blue color of the snow in your photo .
We had to take our firewood and put it in the garage to try and dry it out a bit before using it.
Oh well :)

I pray that Joy For All will minister to it's visitors
and will encourage and bless everyone in some way.
We can identify with the disciples. At times, we have
a tendency to focus on the things that are going on around us instead of the One that is in control of all things. When that happens, reality may seem overwhelming, and the problems appear unsolvable. However, we must realize to be fearful
is to lack faith in God and in His provision for us. True faith focuses on God, not on the things that are happening.Psalm 139:11-12
If I say, surely the darkness shall fall on me,
Even the night shall be light about me.
Indeed, the darkness shall not hide
from You, but the night shines as the day,
the darkness and the light are both
a like to You.
