Good Fences

What a wonderful, cool, sunny day to spend with Theresa and her many friends at
 http:run-a-roundranch.blogspot.com

The lady that owns this spread is just the best cook ever.  She blessed my family and I every week with good eats.  It certainly was a big help to me. Two things I noticed, she never uses salt or prepares sweets.

Pretty scenes!
Thanks for your comment on my blog post: Fence at Mexican restaurant in Tupelo.
Mexican food is very popular here, with lots of places to eat. The restaurant pictured is on Gloster Street near the Hospital. It is very likely that your niece and her family have eaten there.
Hope you are having a wonderful week!

There are a few foods i 'need' salt...but otherwise food tastes good without. Love the scenery.

That looks like a good place to ride a bike. I stopped cooking with salt for awhile and it's still difficult to deal with the amount of salt some people use. A good policy if you can get used to it.

Hi LV! I am out of the loop. I Know you were visiting family. Glad you are safely home again. You always post great fences. Noelle was blessed last weekend she was in Dallas seeing the Cowboys play! Her friend bought her game tickets because Noelle helped her out during a rough time in her own life. They had great fun! They stopped in Salina coming and going to visit Nick at school for a bit and had dinner with him twice. She brought me a Jason Whitten t shirt. He is one Cowboy I really admire, kind of like the days of Roger Staubach and Tom Landry. Sounds like you had some excellent food and and always, you share wonderful fences. Take care my friend. Joyful Blessings, Anne

She preserves a beautiful landscape and her cooking method also seems to be natural! Lovely shots on the fences

I try to use pepper and hot sauce and not much salt.

But I have to brine pork chops...
