Never seen a fence like # 2. Looks like moss grew over it .

What a great pair of fences to compare, the old weathered, grey one is my favourite.

It may be plain and simple, but your images are superb. Is that moss maybe?

LV,

I absolutely love the fences you showcased. Something about my OCD tendencies finds the first picture appealing because I love the neatness and clean lines, but I favor the ones in which it defines the boundaries but nature uses them as a support to climb on and grow around so they are still there but we don't really have to see them, like the picket fence. I love the old stone walls from English villages, low enough to define but not obstructive!

Two great fences. I like the design of the first one and I like all the lichen growing on the second one, gives it great character.

The first fence seems to be upside down, but the second is soft and fuzzy. Nice contrast!
