Mother's Day/Pink Saturday

Wishing Beverly, all the participates and readers of Pink Saturday, a very

No doubt there will be many great pink wishes shared on http://howsweethesound.typepad.com/my_weblog

Back in 1950, when I became a mother, one of my son's little bath toys was a yellow duck. I still have it, but it is packed away.  One of my special blogging friends sent this photo of her two cuties.  Very fitting for today.

And yes, after all these years, the rubber duckies are still sold and still popular! Wishing you a wonderful Mother's Day!

I don't think rubber duckies will ever go out of style! I love your gorgeous roses. My goodness what a terrible thing to wake up and find every single blossom gone. I'm thinking that maybe someone is going to be making some rose oil and needs thousands of blossoms to do this. Well, at least your roses will bloom again. That's the plus side.

I want to wish you a very Happy Mothers Day. You have a fabulous weekend. Hugs, Edna B.

Dear LV. What a lovely Mother's Day wish in pink. It is so cute that you saved your son's rubber ducky. You should give it to him. Smile!

Happy Mother's Day my sweet friend.

Love Jeanne

Hi there, Just stopping by to say “Happy Mother’s Day” to you. I’m sure you are having a fabulous day. I celebrated yesterday when one of my sons and his beautiful wife came to see us….

As you probably know, we’ve been out-of-town this past week and I haven’t done any blogging much at all. I hope you enjoyed my two Tulip blog posts while we were gone——and be sure and tune in tomorrow morning to find out what we’ve been doing this past week….

Enjoyed your post today.
Hugs,
Betsy

Dearest LV,
Hope your Mother's Day was a lovely one. It has been my first with Mom in heaven.
So you became Mom for the first time in 1950; that was the year that my oldest sister got still born...
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
