Blue Monday

Trust your Blue Monday is better than mine. Very, very cold with possible sleet. Nothing to do but stay in where it is warm and read a good book.  However, we could make visits to the other participates at

Should you be making at trip try to avoid Fort Worth.  I do not think there is a highway/freeway that is not under construction.  Traffic is horrendous. Delays after delays.

Oh- it is a COLD blue Monday here, too. Our schools are all delayed two hours or closed.
That sky is SO blue in your first picture!
Have a great Monday- xo Diana

Morning La Voice,

Sorry you're having nasty weather. Stay inside and blog; that's the answer!

Road construction seems to always be with us here in Tampa too.

Thanks for playing today.

Happy Blue Monday!

We are having nasty weather too! SO cold and icy that I refuse to drive so my hubby drove the car to the bus! I love being at home, I just wish I could find a way to finance it! The pets are keeping me warm because they refuse to leave my side. LOL! I think I have a few fences to share tomorrow Hope to see you there. Be safe and warm, and as for that darn road work, ugh! We have it everywhere too! I waited twenty minutes to go 25 feet to the Mexican restaurant to buy a quart of green chili on Friday! But it was worth it. Plus the restaurant must have an agreement with the county because they let me out of that parking lot quickly! The place was packed with customers and I think it says a lot! They never finish road work here. It is a never ending battle. Have a good week.

LV,

Stay warm and stay home today! My hubby's trip was cancelled due to all the ice storms reportedly affected the Dallas Fort Worth area today.

It's cold here too. BUT Spring really is coming soon. Road construction seems to plague folks everywhere. I guess the positive side of it is that it gives some folks jobs.

I just love the photos of the dogs. It is so good to see that someone else makes doggie cakes for the doggies' birthdays. I make Pogo's cake from hamburg and rice.

Our vacation is getting oh so close now. I'm getting anxious and can't wait to get to a warmer climate for a change.

It's time now to think about what to make for our lunch. You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.

You live in Fort Worth? I hope this is winter's last hurrah, and now spring in a month!

I'm not a big fan of road construction, but I sure do like that pretty blue sky you captured. I hope your weather soon warms up (and comes this way!).

Yes, LV, stay in, stay warm and read a good book. I have to get out and go to work this afternoon. It won't be bad as the ice and sleet elsewhere in Texas did not hit here...yet. I think there maybe a chance for it tonight. Happy Blue Monday!

Oh no, I hate traffic like that due to construction. Love the blue logs. Here in NC where we live is very low traffic unless it is summer and Fall. Even then it is nothing compared to any large city. So stay in LV, and be safe.

Love, Jeanne
