Vintage Thingie Thursday

This old tractor takes us back in time, but still working just fine. As you can see in the next photo, it belongs to my son, and he uses it regular in the spring and summer.


Now, this vintage one gave up a long time ago and retired.  It was used many years in the cotton and grain fields.

The older things,tractors included,lasted much longer than most of the new stuff.

Great old tractors... Many people are still using old ones --since I'll bet they are really better than some of the newer ones being made these days....

There was always rusty rotting farm machinery at my Grans , now theyve all become antiques you just dont see them any more which is sad

I love old tractors...such relics of dependable hard work. They have antique tractor fairs around here...very fun!
