Blue Monday

Smiling Sally If you like blues, then you are in the right place.  Sally and friends share great ones each week right here on http://smilingsally.blogspot.com

Many bloggers are big into the lovely tablescaping. As for me, will take an old fashion table set with just plain blue plates.
The heavens opened up Sunday and blessed us with MUCH needed rain. Just perfect - slow and soaking.  Temperature dropped from over 100 to low 70's.  Not sure how much we will get or how long it will last, but it is wonderful.

Are those your clematis, they are beautiful! I love that table too, nothing fancy, but the classy color says it all!

How great to be able to do what you want whenever. I like the nice diffused rain drops cooling off the Clematis.

I really like those blue flowers spilling over the mailbox, and I too, would enjoy using the blue plates.

Glad you are getting much needed rain, the Clematis is gorgeous!!!I'm trying to grow some but they are not taking off to well. I don't do elaborate table setting either but they are pretty.

Yay...it's raining here in San Angelo, TEXAS too!!! Love it!!! Yes, I agree with you and the other commenters...simple table is great...makes for easier cleanup, too. Although, it's kinda fun to get the fancy stuff once in awhile!!!

Enjoy the RAIN...I sure am.

Another Texas friend was bragging about your rain and cooler temps... Hooray!!!!!

Love your blue plates. I'm not into fancy tablescaping either.... I'd rather be working in the yard!!!! ha

Hello LV, I agree with a simpler table setting. This one also has a very cute table covering.

I'm so glad you had a break in the hot weather. We are still enduring way too much rain. Enjoy the cooler days my sweet friend.
