2012 Vintage Thingies Thursday

What a pleasure it has been during 2011 being a part of Coloradolady's Vintage Thingies Thursday. I am eager to see what all her friends have to share with us on their first post for 2012. Check them out at http://coloradolady.blogspot.com.
These are two very old school tablets. Their original price was 25 cents. The pages are yellow and delicate. They belonged to two little girls back in the 60's.

All the following shots are from these tablets. Thought you might enjoy seeing some of their art work.

How sweet these are...I remember having school tablets similar to these when I was in school....mine probably had the Brady Bunch on the front of them or something like that though lol...thanks for the trip down memory lane LV :)
Big hugs,

I loved seeing the drawing and the printing! Too bad penmanship isn't a priority in today's schools!

Awwwwww ... I loved seeing those LV! Do you know the children they belonged to? I've had the good fortune to stumble upon some of my brothers and my own at my parents house in the past months and it's been such a delight.

Happy VTT,
Sally
