Blue Monday

Blue Monday will not be the shame for a few weeks without Sally. Be sure to show her your support and visit at http://smilingsally.blogspot.com. Even though she is not with us on the blog, trust she is having a good day. Take care.

I have several of the old vinyl records in all sizes. Had nothing to play them on. Found this little record player with just a touch of blue and bought it.
Now I can play this blue record plus all the others. Sit back and reminiscence.

How great that you found the little record player.
I had a stack of records that I gave to a grandson and one was Elvis's
BLUE record. :)
Have a wonderful Blue Monday...
Like you, we must remember to continue to pray for Smiling Sally..
hugs, bj

For my 12th birthday my parents gave me a record player. I remember the first record I bought was "Palisades Park", a single by an actor I had the biggest crush on, George Maharis from Route 66. Isn't it amazing that I can even now remember that? have a great day!

I never had a blue vinyl. I had the other three primary colours. Something I guess the kids miss out on these days.

Oh, how wonderful! I'm glad you can play them now. :)

My dear mother-in-law saved just about everything, and so we have a lot of old records with stories and songs on them that my husband and his sister used to listen to when they were little. My 6 year old and 10 year old discovered the records recently and have been listening to them over and over! It's so fun to see them enjoying those old records. :)

ooh, what fun to see this album...I always loved the specially colored ones. I only kept one album and donated the rest to our local library. But oh, how I remember placing the needle and watching 'em spin! Look forward to seeing more of your blog, thanks for sharing!

I love your blue records!
It's fun to get out the old records and play them. I have a small collection and I love to put them on and daydream about the times I played them all the time. : ) The Carpenter's were my favorite!
